The Ozone Multi Speciality Hospital conducted Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Awareness Campaign for the Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff of the Noel School, Akola on Saturday, 10th August, 2019. The idea was – ‘How to Save Life in an Emergency?’ Dr. Ashish Girhe, Management Secretary of Ozone Hospital spent his precious time to talk about the functioning of the human heart and the causes of Cardiac Arrest and Heart Attack. He explained the different danger phases for an unconscious person and the steps to help such person by performing CPR in the absence of the heartbeats. The team had also arranged mannequins to help understand the process and performed a demo showing the precautions one need to take while doing CPR. A bunch of videos were also shown to help understand the CPR process and its correct technique. Later the staff members of Noel also performed CPR on the mannequins.
