Three T’s
We wish that our children should develop the tenacity to swim against the current. The world around us is menacingly corrupt. But that does not mean that our children must also become part and parcel of that corrupt system. On the contrary the children must develop the Positive Tendencies, Variety of Talents and Balanced Temperaments to stand firm, if need be, even against the system, on powerful, intellectual, ethical and spiritual foundations.
Recommendations
Noel School is an open hearted institution and it considers recommendations unwarranted. Therefore people seeking admissions or appointments are strongly urged not to bring the recommendation of anyone. People will have direct access for enquiries or admissions. Similarly admission to all higher classes will be through entrance test to help the students understand strengths and weaknesses to overcome.
Family Atmosphere
The Founder and Trustees of the Noel School believe in the efficacy of the family atmosphere in the educational institution. Therefore there will be very congenial family atmosphere in the whole set up.
Studies
Noel stresses on the four skills of language i.e. listening, speaking, reading and writing equally. It has its own course of grammar to improve English. It gives equal stress on all the subjects. Noel rejects the limited pattern of study. Hence a student of Noel has to do detailed study of text books to prepare himself for exam. Projects, co-curricular and extra curricular activities etc. play an important role in studies here.
Discipline
The role of discipline and mild punishment for student’s improvement academically is a must. So Noel disciplines its students in appropriate manner and also expects the same from parents at home.
World Citizenship
We are all children of God. Noel will help all the children to develop a world view and become great hearted world citizens.
Future Plans
We aim to build decent and well equipped class rooms, to provide facilities for extra curricular activities as many and as much as possible. Step by step we will introduce facilities for Music, Athletics, Table Tennis, Tennis, Volleyball, Hockey, Football, Skating, Javelin Throw, Shot put, Discus Throw, Arm Wrestling, Weight Lifting and other games and sports.

With all these ideals, aims and objectives and matching hard work we are sure the students of Noel School will definitely be developed into multifaceted personalities being fully equipped to play leading roles in all walks of life.

We are committed to make our students fit for any required competition. For that a balanced emphasis would be laid on theoretical as well as practical skills.
Dignity of Labour
One of the greatest lessons that the progressive mankind has learnt is the “Dignity of Labour” which has enabled man to make progress. Therefore our students would be encouraged and guided to take active part in not only Shramadans and Social Works but also Relief works and household works and personality management.
Indian Cultural Identity
Every child admitted to the school will have its own religious background. Yet all the children will be sharing Indian Cultural Heritage. Noel will consider it its immense fortune to nurture all the rich Indian Cultural Traditions.
