The enthusiasm was evident in the premises of Noel School, Akola as the students dedicated fun-filled and heart-warming celebration of Teacher’s Day to our teachers, mentors and gurus. The great philosopher and Ex-President of India, Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan was respectfully remembered by a speech and video clip showing his contribution to the country and students’ lives. The theme of the celebration and teachers’ welcome was a Convocation Ceremony. All the teachers were felicitated and honoured with flowers and excusive degree certificate prepared by the students based on the qualities and teaching skills. Students showered love, affection and gratitude on teachers through their scintillating and power packed performances and skits. Some funny games and activities were planned for the teachers to make their day memorable. The Principal, Mr. Anosh Manwar Sir and Mrs. Arpana Dongre Madam conveyed in their speech that a teacher’s role is very crucial in a student’s life as it is a teacher who motivates and guides them to be a better human being. Teachers were also applauded for their dedication to the noble cause of education. A video clip of glimpses of heartwarming moments and glorious memories made the teachers emotional. Students expressed their love and affection towards teachers by giving sweets, hand made cards and creative gifts to their teachers. All the teachers and students spent a great joyful and memorable day. The students and teachers of Grade 8 and 4 worked hard to organise the show on this occasion.
