The Annual Sports Festival of Noel School, Akola (CBSE) was held on in the school premises. The Sports Festival was held on 27th and 28th of November, 2018. On both the days atmosphere of the school took a festive look. The programme began with the welcome ceremony of the Chief Guest, Mrs. Surekha Manwar Madam, Co-Founder of the school, Mrs. Arpana Dongre Madam, the Principal of The Noel English High School, Akola, Mr. Anosh Manwar, the Principal of Noel School, Akola (CBSE) and Mr. Anul Manwar, the Headmaster of the Noel English Primary School, Akola. The theme for this year’s Sports Festival for the Class 1 to 4 was ‘Nature our Friend’. The students depicted wonderful elements of the nature which mesmerize and inspire young minds. The Sun, the Moon, Clouds, Stars, Flowers and Raindrops all were present in the Sports Festival as the students of Class 1 to 4 utilized these elements as their props for their Drills performances. The children looked wonderful in their costumes along with their props. The drills were organized separately for each class and section. The children performed wonderfully showcasing their coordination skills and rhythmic fervor in the form of dances, drill steps and formations. Later different Sports Events were held for the students in these two days of Sports Festival. Running, Sack Race, Book Balancing, Lemon and Spoon Race, Three Legged Race, Relay Race, Rope Skipping Race, Balancing the Ball, etc. events were held for the students. The teachers took efforts to prepare the students for the various drills organized for this event.
