World Toilet Day was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm by Class 5 students on 19th November, 2018. The motto of the World Toilet Day was to spread awareness about proper sanitation for all as well as having a healthy life. First the students were told more information about the World Toilet Day through speech and later to explain the importance of proper sanitization a skit was enacted. Also the students were shown the toilet etiquettes through the video and more information was also given about the E-toilets which is the growing trend now a days. Later students took an oath that they would contribute some time regularly to maintain cleanliness in their house as well as in their surroundings. They pledged to convey the same message to the people they meet. The assembly was further guided by Principal Sir who told the students the important of proper sanitization and he also asked the students to have a proper sanitization in and around their surroundings. He also urged the students to keep their toilets cleanest as compared to any other room and practice cleaning the toilets regularly as it promotes dignity of labour.
