A Capacity Building Programme and In-House Training on the topic – ‘Understanding Questioning Skill and Preparing MCQs’ was organised at Trinity Hall, Noel School, Akola on 30^th December, 2021. The senior Teachers Mrs. Rupali Shirish Kukade and Miss Jayashri Shegokar conducted the training for the teachers. It was interactive and activity based session. Different students require different approach to assess them and accordingly the training equipped the teachers to prepare MCQs to help teachers assess the students and prepare them for evaluation.
