Christmas is the time and season when people enjoy, share, spend time, gifts and good tidings with their friends and families all over the world. Christmas signifies the birth of the holy soul – Jesus Christ. People all over the world celebrate Christmas on 25th of December every year as a reminder of the joy that was brought to this world. The birth of Jesus was a remarkable incident because Jesus was born as a hope given to the mankind to re-establish man’s connection with God. Humans were leadind a sinful and miserable life and had lost favour in the eyes of God. Thus God decided to send His only Son – Jesus as the Saviour of all human race from the sinful life. The students of Noel School, Akola celebrated Christmas in a very joyful way on 21st of December, 2019. At the beginning of the celebration, the Noel Choir sang a few Christmas Carols. Treasure Hunt was organised for the students. Later the students of Grade 8 and 9 performed a beautiful dance. Santa Claus greeted the students and dances with them spreading joy and giving good tidings. A short message about the significance of the Birth of Jesus was given by Miss Shraddha Wankhade from Grade 9. The program concluded after a short speech by the Principal wishing and greeting all the children a very good and happy Christmas greetings.
